Recipe Swap
Is it possible to do a recipe swap under Diet & IC? I have a few recipes that are IC friendly and a few that I have modified. This seems to be one of the biggest challenges of us with IC - finding meals that we can enjoy!

I think a recipe swap would be a great idea. It would be wonderful to also have a listing of brands of foods that tend to be the least aggravating for most people with ic.Comment
