spouse dealing with ic

Hi me and my spouse just recently got the news that she has ic.It has taken a toll on our relationship.
I was looking on this board and i noticed that all the forums are for patients.Not to take anything away for everybody that has ic it is a long and tough road ahead to deal with it.
I would like to see a forum for spouses that are dealing with there situation.
I was just thinking that there are a lot of women with stories of how there spouse arn't being supportive or being mean.I know from just experiencing this for a short time that it is also hard for the spouses to deal with ic as well. granted by no mean thinking it is worse than the actual person that has ic.
I just think if there is a forum created for the spouses that do care about the mates that they could also use some support and help so they can get advice and help so they can be more there for there spouses rather then losing a relationship or put undue stress on them

I was just talking to my boyfriend about that today. He mentioned joining the ICN to talk to other IC patients and their family members to get a better understanding. He is so wonderful in trying to understand, I think a spouses board would be a great idea. [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

Hmmmm --- I wonder if the "Family" boards would work for this?
