Hello ladies.
I was wondering if anyone on here has any kind of prolapse? I started having this odd sensation of feeling like something is inside my vagina for the last couple weeks. I went to my gynecologist ( I saw the PA since the doctor was booked). She did an exam and said I have a mild cystocele. I am supposed to go for physical therapy, but cannot get in until July. I had surgery a little over two years ago ( laparsscopic hysterectomy with extensive endometriosis excision). I have heard that women who have had hysterectomy can develop a prolapse. I am wondering if you can fix a prolapse with physical therapy. The PA said prolapse is very common and rarely will need surgical repair. She said PT can help. Anyone else on here deal with a cystocele or other prolapse? What has helped you with it? Did it make your IC worse?
