  • Look What I found..

What are people's thought on what I found?? Is this good information for the IC people?

    PURE SOY LECITHIN (1,450 mg)

Lecithin is found in every living cell in the body. It works as an ambassador that gets fats and other liquids to mix for vital biological processes. Highest amounts are located in the brain, nerves, sexual systems, semen, liver, and gall bladder. Research has found it important to memory, creativity, positive attitude, vocabulary, coordination, sex function, hair loss and sheen, vital immune system and much more. In the brain, lecithin choline is transformed into acetylcholine, a compound essential for the transmission of messages from one nerve ending to another. This has a proven effect on memory, thinking ability and muscle control. In the liver, lecithin metabolizes clogging fat, lessens the chance of liver degeneration and helps remove fatty liver deposits. In the intestinal tract, it helps with the absorption of vitamins A and D and influences the utilization of other fat-soluble vitamins such as E and K. In the bloodstream, lecithin helps prevent cholesterol and helps dissolve deposits that may already be there.

BROWN RICE GERM AND BRAN (600 mg)

After years of research, came the discovery of GAMMA ORYZANOL, the secret power performance nutrient hidden within rice bran. In addition to the benefits of this natural super food, whole rice bran contains soluble and insoluble fibers, naturally-occurring vitamin E, silicon, the full vitamin B complex, and balanced amino acids. The combined fibers of rice, alfalfa, barley and high pectin apple fiber combine to gently "sweep" the lining of the intestinal tract, helping to eliminate both dietary toxins and carcinogens.

    JAPANESE GREEN TEA 80% (70mg)

Japanese Green Tea is composed of 60% polyphenols. Polyphenols assist digestion and the proliferation of "friendly bacteria" in the intestines. They balance blood sugars, are strongly antiviral and antibacterial, and help reduce plaque-causing bacteria in the mouth.

The soy lecithin info & brown rice info is good to know.
IC-patients should be careful about the green tea, could cause a flare.
