Just had another hydro done on Friday the 18th. After the side effects of the anesthesia(?) wore off felt ok- had pain but that is normal. Decided to stay home from work today as I knew that I would be "bouncing' around" and that would make matters worse.
Between the elmiron and neurotin (and diet) I do pretty well for awhile. This doesn't help for more than 6-8 months for me. Wish it did.
Just letting others out there that this does help for some of us.
When I went in on Friday, it felt like a "homecoming" I have been going to this outpatient clinic for years so all the nurses, anesthesiologst(?) stopped by to say hi (one even said bye as she was leaving to go to Colorado). oh well.
