has anyone seeen the new marie claire?
in the back there is an article about pc muscles. of course they didn't mention ic but they did refer to pfd in which the pc muscles are too tight and can cause problems.
i thought it was interesting for those of us the have pfd. he said that the pelvic muscles that are too tight constantly irritate the urethral spinchter muscles causing frequency.
its not about ic but they are starting to have articles on more issues. maybe we could start a e-mail to them and tell them our stories about ic or pfd. who knows they could listen-oprah sure hasn't. oh the dr was howard glazer who we have all heard of.
