Hi Everyone,
I noticed since I started bladder training(going every 2 hours and sitting there for 5 minutes) that I'm starting to go less frequently. I also am taking Lexapro for 2 weeks, that is also probably helping. I'm still having pain though. I started taking the Aloe Vera supplements this morning. I figure it's worth a shot, and it's aloe vera, so it's probably pretty healthy for me. Anyone have luck with the aloe vera?
I'm the person who posted about drinking cranberry juice and taking Vitamin C. Of course, I couldn't stand the taste of the cranberry juice so I switched over to the pills. I'm still doing this and this is probably why I'm in pain but I'm wondering if it's helping with the frequency. I'm afraid to try or stop anything that might help.
Thanks for any advice, I'm still confused about what will help or hurt.
