I haven't yet been diagnosed with IC, but was told I may have it- and I am feeling miserable so I wanted to get started on the diet ASAP to see if that helps. Problem is, I'm totally lost! I am not a good cook by any means, and I'm so overwhelmed by the lists that I don't know where to start...
Can anyone suggest some easy - IC friendly meal ideas to get me back to my baseline? I don't mind eating the same thing everyday for two weeks, I just want to feel better!
