How many ml does everyone urinate at one time?

I don't get up in the night to pee, so in the mornings, I go between 16-18 oz. During the day, it depends on what I'm doing- if I'm at work, immersed in other things besides thinking about my bladder, I can hold it 4-6 hours, and go a lot at once! If I'm at home though, it's every 2 hours-ish and I go 12-14 oz.

my bladder on expansion only holds 8 0z..---normal pee for me would be about 4 oz..--- very tiny bladder ..

Thirty ounces is a lot --- that's almost a quart! When I'm flaring I start hurting worse at around a half a cup (4 ounces), but I can painfully hold around 12 ounces.

I live in Canada, not sure about the measurments in the states or wherever, but I alway measure my pee, and every time I ussually have an out put of 3- 400 ml. Which is a pretty fair size. There is 250 ml in one cup. I ussually get the urge to pee around 200- 250 ml and on a bad day it will be 100 ml. The problem with me is that even though I can hold that much in my bladder, I cant hold it for long. AT ALL so as soon as I get 250 ml in my bladder I have to go....

I've had to measure my urine output and it seems that I urinate about 30 ml. Is this normal for IC/PFD problems?
