  • All the symptoms plus incontinence

    Negative urine culture
Frequent need to urinate, going 20 times a day
    bladder feels heavy and sore
Sometimes a grinding pain in my bladder
bladder spasms, feels like when you get a twitchy eye
    burning urethra
    sharp shooting pains in urethra
leaking urine spontaneously but never while lying down; the leaks seem to happen with the spasms

what is this? Gynecologist has cleared me. No ovarian or uterine issues.

I’m really scared. The leaking of urine scares me the most. It’s just so sudden.

Try searching Vulvodynia in the forum for the burning urethra. My urine pH is usually way too acidic when I get burning. All those symptoms can be scary--but there's a lot of help to be found here.

First I'd like to say to the IC Network.

I think the best move you can make is to see a urologist. The leakage could easily be brought on by spasms --- there are medications that can help if that's what's going on.

I suggest you keep a voiding diary while you wait for appointments. And if the leaking is severe, there are panty liners at different thicknesses to help you feel more confident.
