How would you know you truely have to urinate ?
With my almost constant urge to urinate, i find that i have lost the ability to know when i truely have to go.Do i just ignore the urgency? How would i know if i needed to go or not.

One thing you might discuss with your doctor is jotting down the time when you urinate. Then if ten minutes later you feel the need, but there isn't anything there, wait a little while.
Another thing you might try is if you sit down and can't go, then get up and leave the bathroom and return later. It's important that you not strain to get just a few drops out.
Hopefully the flomax will help your muscles to relax a little.
