I know that incontinence is not necessarily a symptom of IC, but I also know that some have it as an issue. And some of us just feel like we have to go NOW when our bladders get full and start hurting. Anyway, I wasn't exactly sure where to post this, but this is a tip my hubby found. I haven't tried it, yet, but thought it was interesting.
