This is for those feelings of having to "go" when you know you don't have to do anything, just "went", etc.

1.) Squueze your butt muscles together tightly - then release. Repeat if necessary.

2.)Physically, lift up your belly with your hands and pull it up - hold it for a few seconds and release,

3.) Do the yoga position "The Bridge" ( Google "image" of the bridge posture - it should be there.) Basically, you lie down and lift your rear end only - like a bridge - hold for 10 seconds - repeat if necessary 3 times.
