  • Water intake hard to determine during the day

time hours. I either drink too much and have to go every hour or so or not enough and get a burning/concentrated thing.

I'm referring to the hours between 10 AM and 4 PM. After that things seem to calm down a bit.

My PFD therapist advised me to drink over 2 quarts of water per day but that seems like a lot to my 63 year old bladder in terms of overtaxing it.

I think the ideal might be too just drink a bit every half hour or so so that something is coming in frequently but not too much.

How do you folks handle your daily water intake?

I do best when I take small drinks frequently. If I let myself get too thirsty, then I chug down a pint and it goes right through. I get the largest part of my fluid intake with meals, but I do try to drink mid morning and afternoon too.
