    remembering to drink water

I too sometimes forget to drink enough water. It seems to increase for me some pressure pain. I get busy and don't want to stop what I'm doing. Ugh so much to remember.

Thank you for the quick reply, Donna.

I figured that was probably the case but needed to hear it from someone else. I'll need to be more careful about making sure I stay hydrated.

The only two times I've had symptoms since starting meds were days that I hardly ate or drank anything.

Not getting enough liquids does cause the urine to become concentrated --- which can cause pain. Lack of food doesn't bother my bladder, but lack of water definitely does.

    Symptom Questions

I have noticed that it seems like I have more symptoms when I have gone a long period without eating and/or drinking minimal fluids.

I get busy on the weekends, for instance, and don't end up eating breakfast or lunch because I'm busy and not hungry, etc. I also drink very little during that time. Then, if I'm active, such as cleaning the house, I start to get abdominal pains.

I'm wondering if it's possible that my urine becomes concentrated because there is nothing going in or out, and it causes my abdominal pains to flare ?

Wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem.

    Thanks !
