New Symptom?

This started yesterday afternoon. I feel like I'm having period cramping in my lower abdomen and the only thing that makes it feel better is advil and my heating pad. I have had a full hysterectomy, so it's obviously not my period. I have nothing left down there. I've had IC for a year and a half and my main symptoms have been frequency/urgency/pressure, but I have that under control with Cystoprotek and Desert Harvest.

Could this be a symptom of IC? I'm really nervous.

It could be the IC --- I can't take advil without flaring. I have described my flare pain as being similar to menstrual cramps, but worse. If this is a new symptom for you, you really should check it out to be sure you don't have something else going on.
