Is this normal, do any of you experience this? Pain during certain times of the day.
I am usually worse in the mornings, feel like I gotta go 30-45 minutes after I last went. Pain?? I don't know but definitely discomfort, like kinda hard to sit. This morning I had veggie links. I used to eat them every single day...so I thought I would try them. I'm drinking low acid coffee along with 2 prelief, 2/3rds decaf. Thought that would be ok.
Then the afternoon rolls around and since giving up yogurt I can go 3 or sometimes 4 hours with no pain into the evening.
Does this sound like diet to you guys? I will try going without the coffee again but even 2/3rds decaf I get a migraine when I try stopping.
