Weird embarassing symptom

Okay I have IC and when I have a flare, a really bad flare I have the weirdest symptom, PLEASE tell me I am not alone! I have to pee like every 10-20 minutes and when I pee it feels like a very sharp orgasm. Weird and not the same as a regular one, just sharp and indescribably weird.... Anyone else? PLEASE!

I've had that...When I "go" I have weird feeling a sensation but it hurts sometimes I actually go AH! Then I can go later nothing. But when I'm going through a flare it hurts like that. I don't know if I'd say orgasm, because to me it hurts. sometimes not too bad.

Yes it hurts, too, it is so hard to explain. Hurts and also is a release of some sort too...

No I had severe sharp pain,back hurt, felt like I had to urinate constantly, severe UTI feeling, ect.

I was so bad I could not hardly walk or sleep or eat.

It was so bad I could lay down and cry in pain 24/7 for three solid months before finding the right uro.

I was givin no kind of pain reliever at all it was so bad that when I think of it I cry.

I hope and pray I never get that bad again, it was like having bladder cancer with no relief.

I could not even talk on the phone or be on the computer, I barely could make it to the uros office and was crying in pain in the waiting room.
