  • Charting Questions...

I didnt know where to put this...so I hope someone can help...

If I am journling(charting) food and my urine, and symptoms...should the the food be one chart and do I write my symptoms on there after each meal?

And do I do the same thing on the Urine chart? I am charting urine b/c I am going to a new urologist..thought he may need that.

As for urine chart, when I did mine I would record when I went and amount. I would do a separate chart for food. I am not sure but you might find an example of a chart on the ICA at IChelp.org. Maybe someone else can tell you somewhere else to find an example. I know I have seen some and used one but that was a few years ago and I honestly can't remember.

Sorry not much help, hopfully someone else will post about this too.
