Random Muscle Spasm?

I was wondering if other people have muscle spasms that are not bladder related? I have the same muscle spasm in my neck that I got about 8 months ago, it doesn't resolve on its own, I have to get muscle relaxers.
Right now I feel like everything is a bit crazy, heart palpitations, muscle spasms, exhaustion, and bladder pain and frequency.

Have you talked to your doctor about the spasms? If not, you really should.
