DMSO can be very irritating. Hopefully once you have a chance to heal from the procedure you will have much less pain.

    Warm hugs,
    Donna

I have no lesions, just glomularations (sp?), but I have severe pain, and I have had since before I was diagnosed. Even lortab doesn't help much, and my docs really don't like prescribing pain meds, I am really hoping that they will be able to find something that works for the pain. I tried Lyrica, and it helped some, but I started having tachycardia and palpitations. Its so odd.
Good luck, I hope that you feel better soon. I wish it for all of us.

    Question about the Pain

I had a hydro with DMSO and kenalog yesterday. The doc said my bladder looked the best he's ever seen and he was able to get 900 cc's of water in there! This is incredible improvement for me. If the lesions are almost gone, the capacity is good, why do I still have so much pain all the time? I actually gave up a trip to Italy two months ago because I was in so much pain I just couldn't make it. I've always thought the pain was related to the lesions. ???
