Urethral burning!

Can someone please give me some insight on when people mention Urethral burning or discomfort on the boards what exactly does this mean? The reason I ask is I suffer from Urethral burning or irritation but it does not burn when I urinate I just have a constant burning kinda itchy burning around that area all the time while sitting laying it's is just always there and annoying the only time I don't feel it is when I pee. Is that normal!

You need to let your Uro know about this so you can be treated it might not be IC related. Hope you will find out soon and get relief.
