  • Is this legitimate?

My suggestion is to ask your physician's office staff about this. You are right in being hesitant about sharing personal information.

I was wondering if anyone had experience with this the Patient Advocate Foundation Co-pay Relieft?

Is this legitimate? They need a SS# to apply and I am hesitant on giving away my personal information just like that.

How can check to make sure this organization is real and trustworthy?

    Thanks!

      is this legitimate

      Hi,
I have to agree with Katie, I'm very careful about who I give my SS# to.
Maybe you could call your state or county department of health or state insurance board and ask if they're familiar with the patient advocate foundation.

I also agree --- be extremely cautious about sharing personal information on the internet.
