• S.s.D. off my spouce

Everyone,
Has anyone applied for S.S.I. when you haven't worked in a long time? Someone told me I could collect under my spouce's work hours. He worked for G.M. for over 33 years, and is now drawing S.S.I.
I hope I have explained myself so it isn't so confusing

I understand And, I've thought about that alot lately. If I could draw from his instead of mine, I'd get a LOT more money and in my opinion the 'stay at home mom' would be protected too~

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow".

Hi Teri,
Thanks for answering. I think I am gonna try, and see what happens. With all these dr., bills, anything would help out.
I worked as a nail tech, but I didn't pay in, now I'm sorry. I am sooo happy for you.
