ANYONE WHO HAS WON SSI

Hi my name is Tina.. I am going to try to make this short. I am in desperate need of anyone who has won SSI (or similiar).. based on IC . I also have IBS, Fibromyalgia, social anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, dystemia and am claiming for all of them. I am at the stage where I am going to the ALJ.

It might help to read "old" posts and replies from this board. Some of us wrote very lengthy replies to this very question.

Call your state SS office. They will help a lot and send you what you need. This site has some very helpful materials to use including books which have sample doctor's letters. Your doc can see how SS wants the letter written.

There are very many questions answered in these books and articles.
