  • Very low Ssdi . What is the lowest ssdi payout ??

Dont know how to handle work when my bladder hurt so bad . I have painful bladder syndrom . If i apply now for disability i will get only around $300. How do people live on that ??
Past years i made 20.000$10.000 $ 3000$ to 5000$ 2000$ a year . How do they calculate average ?????? Does it worth fighting for SSDI ?? Since I made little money ??? I got my 22 kredits and i did work 5 out of last 10 years Thanks !

One thing you might do is to talk to the Social Security Office and ask about any other benefits available to you. I believe that after two years, you should also be eligible for Medicare, which can be a huge benefit for anyone with IC.

I have no idea what the lowest rate is --- since your disability has already been confirmed, you may also be able to get some additional help from your state --- I suggest you check on that.

I do realize the post was done in early April, but I can state the amount that I get from Social Security is definitely more than $300. Besides, I don't know where that amount came from. Oh! I am not posting what I make now. Then again, I am considered retired and disabled. (as in 2 checks each month) Regardless, I make more than that on both checks. OK. I don't even know if the person is trying to get on disability now. Oh, well!
