Just a quick question.
I watched your very informative video on new books, and am wondering, re "The IC Survival Guide", since it was written 10 years ago, has some information on IC changed since that book was written?

Yes, some has changed. The book does NOT cover pelvic floor dysfunction in depth... nor does it discuss the rescue instillations to the degree that theyw ould be discussed today. But, for the basics of diagnosis, treatment and particularly the pain management discussions, it's completely solid and reliable!
