    Here's a new article & CME course on irritable bowel syndrome offered by Medscape that demonstrates that non-constipation IBS responds well to the antibitic rifaximin. Interesting! I wonder why IBS patients prone to constipation don't respond as well. Hmmm..

    That is interesting. I was on doxycycline a few months ago for something else, & my IC & IBS both went into remission. Hmmmm.
