When you have IC and IBS, you know that constipation is to be avoided at all costs because it can irritate the bladder. yet, fiber is challenging when you have IBS because traditional fibers, such as psyllium and granola, are very harsh on the bowel because it is composed of insoluble fiber. We do better with soluble fibers which are easier on the gut, yet provide the same beneficial effect.
If you're struggling with constipation, check out Heather's Tummy Care Acacia Fiber. It's a fabulous fiber that's both IBS and IC friendly! I use it myself twice a day!
