i find if i drink water my pain will start up has this happened with anyone else. i drink hot drinks and it does not happen

hi, i was thinking the same thing last nite after posting this. i will switch to warm water to see. i drink caf libre(cereal drink) with a bit of coffee during the day and i have no problem so maybe warmish water will be better. will give update on this
also i am seeing my doctor tomorrow and will tell him about this although i have seen him just a few times and do not have much confidence in him. hard to find the right doctor

If you're drinking tap water, you might want to try bottled spring water (with no additives) to see if that's a solution for you.

i have drank bottled water and see no difference but i do not know about the additives . i guess it will show on the bottles i have now in fridge.Comment
