  • drinking water causes pain to start

    i find if i drink water my pain will start up has this happened with anyone else. i drink hot drinks and it does not happen

    Are you drinking it cold? Have you tried drinking it room temperature?

      hi, i was thinking the same thing last nite after posting this. i will switch to warm water to see. i drink caf libre(cereal drink) with a bit of coffee during the day and i have no problem so maybe warmish water will be better. will give update on this
      also i am seeing my doctor tomorrow and will tell him about this although i have seen him just a few times and do not have much confidence in him. hard to find the right doctor
      thank you for quick reply and i will post anything new on this

        If you're drinking tap water, you might want to try bottled spring water (with no additives) to see if that's a solution for you.

          i have drank bottled water and see no difference but i do not know about the additives . i guess it will show on the bottles i have now in fridge.
