What are your flare strategies? I’ve had I. For years and was under control. I am taking a med right now that is flaring my bladder. I don’t think I’ve ever had this much pain before. I think I may stop the med. I cant even find a comfortable position to lay in. My mom has come to take care of my kids. What can I do besides heating pad?

I hope your flare is under control now. I find Amitriptyline & an over the counter histamine help me when my bladder is playing up. They seem to calm things down. Also warm bath & headpad. -
