Ouch i overdid it and now im HURTING!!!!

I am in constant pain!

I have been reading some replies to threads about the pain issue, and it's wonderful that some have been able to control it in one way or another, while some like me are in pain no matter what we do. If I spend my day running errands, i come home a bedraggled mess and the next day I am useless. Well, more useless than usual My story is long (and I KNOW I'm not the only one) but I have been hurting for 15 years and I'm tired. Been on Vicodin for 6 or 7 years, mostly every day. Anybody got a magic bullet?

I'm so sorry you are hurting. (At least the ceiling looks great, right?) I hope you can get some rest and hopefully will be feeling much better tomorrow!

i took it east for the rest of the day and calling in my mom to watch Emma for a few hours and i was feeling better by bedtime.

i forget that i need to take it easy because im not in constant pain like i was before i got pregnant.

and yes the pain was IC related.

I had the same problem on Friday, I worked a full 8 hours, then went to a furniture store to look at new couches, went out to dinner and then went grocery shopping. By the time I got home my legs hurt, my back hurt, my bladder and pelvis hurt. I had to take pain meds on Saturday morning just to make it out to the farmers market we go to ever Saturday morning. I did the same thing when I was pregnant with Griffin, I wanted the crib put together right away and ended up putting it together while I was like 7 months pregnant and could barely move when I was done. It's really hard sometimes to realize that we can't do everything that we want to do. Hope you feel better soon.

So i decided i wanted hubby to finish painting the ceilings.....well he was taking to long to tape off the ceiling so i decided to "start" rolling the middles while he taped......2 hours later I painted the ceiling and the second i stopped to admire my handy work (i ran out of paint) BAM i get hit with huge pain!!!!!!!!

thats what i get for overdoing it and not using my head!
