I am so disappointed, I have had about 3 good days, slept all night two nights ago, felt good, but this terrible you know what has showed it's ugly head again. Pain, nausea, burning. It is so disappointing, I want to feel good, I want off this COUCH. Just a little venting, you all are the only ones I can vent to. Thanks for listening.

I do have a suggestion. You could try keeping a diary for a while in which you record everything you eat and drink, activities, etc., including time --- and in another column, note your pain level and bathroom trips. You may be able to find some things that are irritants that way.
