Hi Everyone,
I had to go to the er on Friday from work because my bladder pain was so bad. Before I went to the er I talked to my uro's office and they said that my last urine specimen showed no infection and they want me to have an instill. When I reminded them that the instills only make me worse, they said that I need to be patient. Be Patient! and I should go to the er if pain gets worse. Well, I did go to the er. The doc their gave me percacet which helped some. They tested my urine and said their is a small infection and put me on my third different antibiotic Cipro. I'm eating yogurt and taking probiotics. I'm scared I'm going to get sick from all of these antibiotics. I am hurting so bad right now. I will probably not be able to go to work tomorrow. I pray I don't lose my job. I'm going to call my pain specialist and uro tomorrow. I am so tired of being in pain and my life is falling apart. I am seriously wanting to have my bladder removed. All it does is get infected over and over again. My life consists of lying on the coach and crying in pain. I pushed my self thru the pain earlier and went to the grocery store with my husband. I was miserable. Walking is enough to put me in to much pain. My husband wants the old me back. I've never been so sad in my life. I feel very alone and isolated. Most of our family lives far away. I'm scared I will have to go on disablility. I have a great husband and family and a few good friends, so I have reasons to live but lately I haven't wanted too. So, I just want to say to everyone else who is suffering you are not alone, I suffering right here with you. For anyone else who has gone thru this and found relief, please let me know how. Any advice or hope would be wonderful right now. Thanks for listening, Rachann Meds I'm on Elmiron. Atarx, Elavil, Ditropan, Prosed DS (turns urine blue and is suppose to help with urethral burning, but is not helping me now) hydracodone every 6hrs when needed and it is always needed, tylenol pm, ibuprofen, and I just orderd MSM gel
