  • venting and need advice. HELP!!!!!!

yesterday my sister in law tonya came up here all drug up she was already told until you get help to stay away from here no trespassing! well she came up here cussing her mom and wanted tyler. Joyce and tyler has moved in with us to get away from her. when she found out tyler wasn't here she started raising tee total heck cussing up a storm and treating me and her mom i went out and told her i told you once i'm telling you the last time to get off my land well she was wanting to fight me (she couldnt even stand up) trust me i wanted to beat the tee total crap out of her but that would be like me jumping on a retarded kid you just can't do that. cussing i called the law 911 person heared her cussing and treating me when they pulled off i tried to get the tag number of the car but couldnt because they got all of here like a bat out of you know where. the drug dealer who bring her up here has no drivers lis. and i don't think he would have brung her up here if he knew this was going to happen he heared me tell the 911 person he is a drug dealer and his car was full of drugs and he was driveing with no lis. they took a report and said i could get a restaining order against her monday now i have to cancel my son's appt for test tomorrow in greenville to take care of this gggggrrrrrr cussing she still has legal custory of tyler but she got a letter from a judge to be in court on the 25th for tyler being out of school so much (SHE DIDN'T GO) so we are to call the judge tomorrow what the law told us yesterday and tell them what is going on for them to hope fully put her in jail. we want her in jail to hopefully dry out. she isn't the same person anymore. she is going around telling people we deal drugs HELLO i have never sold a drug in my like i have to take all my medicine! i'm no fool! I just don't know what to do. I even had to call my cell phone company and have my aswering mechince cut off because of her calling so much cussing everyone out in a way i wish i hadnt where the judge could have listen to it. but she was getting on my nerves so badly. i was getting better from my uti and my flare had stopped now i'm starting to flare again because of this stress. we are hoping she will hit rock bottom enough she would go get help. because now she is going to have no place to live. I couldnt go with them today to get the rest of joyce stuff and tylers because of me filling out this report yesterday and i'm going to inforce it! i'm just hopeing she didn't burn down there house or mess up there stuff last night. she has no way of calling but to go to a neighbors house and they will not call my house number because its long dis. but my cell phone number isn't i thought about changeing that number but the school and doctor office has that number in case they need to get in touch with us and we are not home. what a mess this is i just want peace! i could have told joyce and tyler they couldnt come up here but there lifes are in danger there. I had to help them. any advice i really need it! frown

Oh Rhonda, what a huge mess, and unfortunately you and your family are in the middle of everything. Please take care of you, you have been through a lot right now yourself, you definitely do not need all the stress. Take care, and lots of prayers, hopefully to help you through this time, love and hugs Iris. hi kissing angel grouphug

I really feel for you and this mess that your family is going through. Talk about stress, huh? I do have a question to ask, and I'm sorry if it may seem insensitive, and please do not get angry, but you have been telling us about how much Brandon is hurting and how much he is going through, and I feel so awful for him, he is too young for all this crap. My question is, can't someone else take care of Tyler's problem? Your son's health should be first and foremost, and I know you feel this way, can't your MIL or hubby go take care of Tyler's problem and you take Brandon to his appt.?

What a mess, I hope things get better soon. grouphug kissing

It's a tough question. One thing you might consider is to be sure that everyone in your house knows that they need to call 911 if she shows up --- and since you needed help already, the police would have the record. That way you could get the restraining order on Tuesday and take Brandon to his appointment tomorrow. It wouldn't hurt to call the police department and tell them about needing to take your child to his doctor and ask them about some advice. They may be able to send a patrol past your home fairly frequently if they know there's a problem.

          Sending encouraging hugs and prayers,
          Donna

I didn't know if they could change anything on a sunday but i took the chance and called anyway and they did this for me.

                            Wow,

Rhonda, you really are a trooper and an angel to help your inlaws like you are and to try and live your own life as well.

Please take care of yourself as well....I say this all the time but dont always follow it myself, but here goes. You HAVE to take care of yourself before you can care for others that depend on you, no matter what...you said you were starting to flare because of the stress, so think of you, you, you for a while, you deserve a break!

Even if its just locking yourself in your room with a book or a movie, try and find some peace and down time for yourself.

I hope everything works out ok, and I'll be reading to see how things are.

Take care, and good luck. Love, Sandy
