burning!

Hi,

Does anyone know what will help the urethra from burning? It is so uncomfortable, it just feels so irritated and I can't get comfortable.

Anyone know of any medication that would help ease this? Also, does anyone know of a medication that will "widen" or "enlarge" the urethra? It feels so tight...????

I dont' know of any meds that will help,but that's one of my worst problems with IC..and I have found out that the wrong thing in my diet starts it off, and if it gets worst, that's when my bladder feels sensitive...and urgent..staying on the very strict IC diet does help this..and I can get symptom free if I do...but it's very hard to stay strictly on it..preservative and additives in food seem to bother me also.
