I see on the news you are getting that cold weather all the way down to Texas. We'd had it here earlier in the week but it's finally beginning to warm,...supposed to be in the upper 20's here tomorrow!
Cold & an IC flare don't do well together so stay warm!

The Flare Continues
The burning, stinging and pressure will not go away.
I am going out of my mind. I drinking only water and I'm taking my meds. I did 2 home intills Saturday and Sunday and they didn't help at all.
I was able to make it to the office today but I was miserable the whole time.
I probably made things worse by "holding it" too long most of the day. After taking Thursday and Friday off completely I was really busy catching up on work could only do on site. I caught up enough to allow myself the luxuary of telecommuting tomorrow. We are supposed to have a major winter storm here in the DFW area tomorrow so I'm hoping for a light day and maybe I can get this flare under control. I am very frustrated.
