  • Help?!! Pelvic floor muscle flare

Any suggestions for muscle related flare?

I started a new job today that doesn't have as frequent bathroom breaks as I'm used to... and was totally miserable with locked up muscles that wouldn't relax when I did finally get to go to a restroom!!!

I had the same thing happen last month, got into my PT and she fixed it after one session. I sometimes sit on a rubber ball the size of a tennis ball and that really helps.
