  • Flare continues

I have been in a major flare for the last three months. I am pretty sure that stress brought it on, but nothing will stop it. I went to sleep at around 10:45 and then woke up 20 minutes later to go potty and then at 1:30 in some major pain. I seem to have more issues with pain than anything else. I have taken all my pain meds correctly....I just wish I could sleep through the night....oh well, thanks for letting me vent about the pain I appreciate it...

You are not alone, Kris. My pain has gone into overdrive tonight. I slept on the couch watching TV from about 9:30 to midnight ( my husbands out of town on business) and now I've got a horrible throbbing sensation to the right side of my bladder. Don't you just hate how this disease can interrupt your sleep.I hope you feel better soon.

    The Lord's Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven,
    Hallowed be thy Name.
    Thy kingdom come.
    Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
    And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
    But deliver us from evil.
    [For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
    for ever and ever.]

      Me Too

Bekah, I too have the most pain on the right side. And Kirs, I sure hope you will feel better soon and can sleep! I'm working on 3 weeks now...non stop. Today has been the absolute worst. I had a cortisone shot in my wrist on Wed, had a delayed reaction to it yesterday, and today my already burning bladder is seriously on the fry. Nothing helps me with the pain either. Puridium helps some but it irritates me at the same time. I think sleep is the only escape..when you can get it.
