    I do not mean to sound gross but, will a enema put you into a flare?

    I don't know. It does seem that whatever is going on with my bowels, -especially constipation, does affect my IC.

      I agree, constipation will really upset my bladder so i do everything I can to never let it happen anymore. Maybe not the enema itself....don't know.
