  • OMG!! the pain is crippling today.

Oh my god, I am in some major pain. I have been up since 4:30 am in pain. I am doubled over, and laying on the couch. I did get out of the house yesterday, I went and did some shopping with my daughter and niece. It is definitely much more than I usually do. It really is sad that getting out of the house for a couple of hours can make me so debilitated the next day. Absolutely crazy.

I hope you feel better soon. I notice that it is always worst for me after I have overexerted myself the day before. I can't do nearly as much physical activity as I used to.

I notice now lots of stores have wheelchairs, or ride on powered shopping carts for shoppers use, maybe next time use one of those if you can.

I know it seems extreme but not with what you have to go through the next day, and it is good for the spirit to get out and about once in a while.

Hope tomorrow is a better day for you.

Thank you all for your kind words. I really appreciate all of them. I know that it is good to get out every once in a while, but darn I need to try to not over do it next time.

              Not Better

It is no better this morning than yesterday. I did sleep alright last night I only got up 3 times in the night.
This morning the pain is just as bad today as it was yesterday if not more. I can just say that I am not in a big rush to leave my house again anytime soon.

I am so sorry for your pain. I hate being in chronic pain. It really wears a person down over time. I hope you feel better soon.

Thank you Jo you would think that after all the years of chronic pain I have been suffering with I would be used it. But I don't think that I am ever going to get used to dealing with this pain all day every day. It really can have a depressing effect on a person. I must say that on my really bad days mentally I am in a really bad place. I am just in a really bad place today...Sorry.
Thank you for your kind words and sorry for venting some...
