I found a great article at businessweek.com called"Options sought in balancing Painkillers" March 12, 2007. It has great reference for us who need data to show to our doctors. It is not on IC, but states that only 2% of Chronic Pain patients become addicted to opiods. Also, new things on the horizon to help chronic pain patients.
