Anyone take 15 mg MS Contin?

I was wondering if anyone takes 15 mgs of MS Contin and how does it work for you? I was given in addition to that 3 Norco a day! I was taking 2 Norcos at a time before and it wore off too soon and I was in so much pain but the frequency was less! Now with the ms contin I have a steady level of pain relef but I still have alot of frequency. And I seem to need more than 3 Norcos in between because I still have some pain but nothing like before! It is weird because the ms contin helps with 80 percent of the pain but it does nothing for the body aches! I am still trying to figure out a schedule that works best with the pain meds that I have. I was given Topamax as well but the ms contin is new to me and I am on 2 different antibiotics so I figured I would wait until I get used to the ms contin before adding that to the mix. I tried it last night but I felt so sick! I wish I had total pain reief but I guess what I have now is better than what I had before and suffering. This IC has gotten worse for me throughout the years and I have no remissions at all maybe a day or two here and there every few months.Actually I had about five good days in a row back in Dec. I wish this would go away the pain is so intense! But I am sure you all know that already! I recently had a rheumatoid/Lupus test done recently and it came back abnormal and very high. I wonder if this disease is linked to or made worse by Lupus or other autoimmune diseases. I had Lymes in the past, Epstein Barr, severe chronic fatigue forever. It wasn`t until I mentioned to my Dr about the unexplained fevers all the time even when I do not have an infection and the strange sunburned rash on my nose and cheeks that I get from time to time(not from the sun) that she decided to do a blood test. I have had these symptoms forever and never mentioned it but I have gotten so sick lately and sometimes I cannot move my legs or stand because of the pain. I feel like my immune system is totally breaking down. I am having heart palpitations, chest pain, one bladder/kidney infection after another lately, severe strep infection(right now),respiratory infection. Thank god I will be going to the rheumatologist for a full work up next week. Enough of that, back to the ms contin, does anyone get good pain relief from it? Especially at that low dose of 15 mg? I take 60mg of mscontin 3x a day. It doesn't really get rid of those awful body aches like you mentioned but it does help with the outright pain. I'm having to take 800mg of ibuprofen a couple times a day along with a prilosec and so far it's not bothering my bladder.

I can't imagine getting by on 15mg! I also take 10mg of oxy IR 4x a day, but lately even that's not helping that much. I have found that the oxy helps much more than the norco did though.
