Sorry you had a bad night, nights seem the worst for me. I feel so alone when everybody in the house is sleeping so cozy and sometimes I'm even afaid to try to sleep. Lucky every night is not that way, it's just been a rough week. I know good nights are ahead for both of us. Having this site to go on when I can't sleep helps alot.

One thing I have learned is that if I take a pain med when the pain starts, rather than letting it get severe, it takes far less medication to get it under control. The reason I mention this is that you mentioned that you didn't take anything until you couldn't stand it --- I really think it would be a good idea for you to discuss this with your physician.

          Sending healing thoughts,
          Donna

            Hi Jillian,
That sucks!!! I hope your pain meds kicked in quickly, pain in the night is hard to cope with. I have to take hot baths in the night sometimes to settle down pain, so I just read a novel, and then take a nap the next day.

I hope you are feeling better,
