Glad this helpped you and things went better for you, you at least come away feeling like it was not a total waste of time.

If you have a list then you don't walk out and realize you didn't ask what ever, I find it gives me better use of my time with the Dr. When they usally seemed to be pressed for time.

I would suggest you get a note book just for this purpose, I write notes of what the Dr.s answers are or directions given to me.

I write down rx written and how many pills it is written for and how many times a day and when I am to take the medication, this way I don't have to call back to the Dr. to clarifie instructions, sometimes when I pick up my rx the directions are not the same as the Dr. has told me, or they pharmacy has subsituted the medication, or changed the directions. I find if I have it written and can check it when I pick up my rx, sometimes pharmacies make mistakes, if I have it written down then I am not secound guessing myself.

I also keep a list in the back of the book of meds tried and side effects if they helpped or not.

Between Dr. visists I will make notes of new or different symptoms, sometimes by the time we get to see the Dr. something else is more pressing in my mind, this jogs my memory.

I then have all my medical info in one place, and it is a running history. I can look back for patterns etc.

          MG
My are with you all. May you all find a way to peace and joy in your lives.

I did feel better and I walked away feeling good about everything.

I will get a note book, good idea. I'll be starting a new medication soon and should really start the note book before then.

Thank you so much for you help.
