    i am wondering if Café Lib is a good option to drink instead of coffee

      If there is no caffeine, well that should be fine. Coffee is the hardest thing to stop, but it is possible to replace it. I drink "Cafix" which is a instant drink made of roasted barley, a bit like "Postum". I think they don't do Postum anymore, not sure.

Je bois "Cafix" qui est un breuvage instantané fait d'un mix de grains de céréales rôties, un peu comme le "Postum". Je pense qu'ils ont discontinué Postum.

          Postum is still available. It's a toasted grain --- one of my fond memories was the postum my mother made by roasting wheat in the oven.

          It isn't just caffeine that can make coffee irritating to an IC bladder.

            haven't seen postum but the cafe libre works well for me. i understand it is the acid in coffee that is bad
