I was recently diagnosed with IC and just started Elmiron. I was wondering how long do you take it before you start getting some relief? I am also starting on bladder rescue.

Elmiron can take up to six months or longer to become effective. I suspect part of your post disappeared --- are you starting on rescue instillations? If so, that can be a huge help.
