        Yes, there still is a support group; it is run by my doctor's office, I think. Here is some information on it.

            thank so much for posting this. I have heard good things about Dr. Vandrie on the link you sent me. I may consult him for second opinion - grand rapids is much closer then U of MI thanks again Vicky
