• DR ARONSON????

HI, could anyone please tell me if they have seen Dr Michael Aronson, in Worcester, MA?..He is supposedly a urogynecologist, and I am thinking of seeing him. If you have seen him, please let me know. Thanks Sheri

Hi Sheri
I don't know about Dr.Aronson, but I know Dr. Paula Bellin practices in Worcester. She works with IC patients and was one of the surgeons who put in my interstim.

She might be worth looking into, if Dr. A doesn't work out for you.Just a thought.

Somewhere there's a reason /Why things go like they do /Somewhere there's a reason /Why some things just fall through /We don't always see them /For what they really are /But I know there's a reason /Just can't see it from this far /Maybe I don't like it, /But I have no choice /I know that somewhere, /Someone hears my voice / I thought I knew it all /I thought I had it made /How could it end this way? /I thought I knew Somewhere there's a reason /Why things don't go my way /Somewhere there's a reason /That I cannot explain /Just like the change of season, /Just may not be my turn /But I know there's a reason, /The lesson's mine to learn

Yvette, thanks so much for your reply! Is the doctor you mentioned a urogynocologist? I also have gyn issues. Also, can you please tell me if the interstim is helping you? Again, thanks! Sheri

Hi Sheri, I have no idea if she has any specialty as a uro-gyno. I never asked and to just set the scene, she worked along side Dr. David Staskin, the surgeon who I initially sought out (and who also put in the interstim.)

Does the interstim work?....hmmmm. Well yes and no. I'm having problems now but I'm still better than I was. And at one point with the implant I lasted 7 hours without having to void. I researched interstim and surgeons for 2 years before I aggressively went after it for myself. Now that both Staskin and Bellin have moved out of the Boston area...I have to find someone new. And again the research will begin

I hope somebody can tell you more about Dr. Aronson....there's gotta be somebody out there who's seen him.

If you want to ask me questions in depth about the interstim, PM you phone and I'll answer whatever I can. (if I call you it costs me nothing, I get unlimited minutes within MA on my phone plan)
