Jersey Girls -- Let's Do It!

OK, Bea, Alyssa, and Ginny, we all agree that we should try to get together at a diner (has to be a diner -- so Jersey!). There's one that opened pretty recently on Rt. 1 N. in Edison, kind of looks like it's made of aluminum foil, anyone know the one I mean? Or, does anyone have a favorite?

Someone suggest a day/time, and we'll see what happens. I'm not picking the time because I have basically no commitments; I can come whenever.

We are all grouped around the New Brunswick area. Anyone else who wants to join us, just jump in and let us know

I think I know which diner you mean. It's on Route 1 North, correct?
The diner on Route 1 South right before the bridge has really good food (like we can eat anything). I believe it is called the Edison Diner. What do you think?

Jersey Diner's ahhhhhhhhhhhhh how i miss the north east. I am so jealous, i use to live right by edison in Monroe. I remember when i first moved down here to Fl i looked and looked just couldn't find a diner like in joisey!
Hope you ladies have fun, have something jerseyish for me LOL.
